  • 1 box Banza Linguini
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pkg frozen peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 bunch kale (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, in a blender, combine 3/4 cup of raw cashews, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp garlic powder and blend until creamy. Reserve two tablespoons and refrigerate the rest for a later use.
  3. In the same blender, combine tahini, almond milk, minced garlic and lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Add two tbsp of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, chopped kale, garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute until soft (about 5 minutes). Turn the heat to low and add the peas along with drained pasta and tahini sauce. Toss well over low heat to warm thoroughly, and serve.
