Chickpea Pasta: Chickpeas, Pea Starch, Tapioca, Xanthan Gum.
Vegan Cheese: Water, Coconut Oil, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil*, Tapioca, Salt, Contains 2% or Less of: Pea Protein Isolate, Sodium Alginate, Yeast Extract, Monoglycerides, Annatto Extract, Lactic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Vegan Natural Flavor.

How to Cook Banza Vegan Deluxe Mac

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a rolling boil (about 6 cups).

Add Banza, stir, and reduce to a simmer.

Cook to desired firmness, stirring frequently, about 8-9 minutes (expect foam).

Strain and rinse with water.

Return Banza to warm pot. Add cheese sauce.
