Pizza de coliflor de búfalo

- 1 Banza Plain Crust Pizza
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ chopped green onion
- ½ cup of ranch dressing
Directions
- Prepare Toppings: Roast cauliflower in oven at 400˚ for 20-30 minutes, until beginning to get brown and crispy. Remove from oven and reserve in a bowl. Add in buffalo sauce and toss to coat.
- Assemble your pizza: Spread buffalo sauce evenly onto the crust, top with the roasted cauliflower and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Keep your oven at 400˚ and carefully slide the pizza into the oven, directly on the rack. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden-brown. Remove from oven and garnish with ranch dressing and green onion.
