Plain Crust Pizza

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

Serves: 1-2 PEOPLE


  • 1 Banza Plain Crust Pizza
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce 
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ chopped green onion
  • ½ cup of ranch dressing

  1. Prepare Toppings: Roast cauliflower in oven at 400˚ for 20-30 minutes, until beginning to get brown and crispy.  Remove from oven and reserve in a bowl. Add in buffalo sauce and toss to coat. 
  2. Assemble your pizza: Spread buffalo sauce evenly onto the crust, top with the roasted cauliflower and mozzarella cheese. 
  3. Bake: Keep your oven at 400˚ and carefully slide the pizza into the oven, directly on the rack. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden-brown. Remove from oven and garnish with ranch dressing and green onion.
