Brown Rice Cheddar Shells
As the gluten free pasta pros, we’ve created a creamy, perfectly al dente mac & cheese made with brown rice pasta. Crafted for that iconic, cheesy flavor and classic pasta texture with none of the gluten, this mac & cheese delivers on all the nostalgic, savory goodness of your favorite childhood meal.
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Chickpeas.
Cheese: Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Buttermilk, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Whey, Lactic Acid, Nonfat Dry Milk.
Contains: Milk.

- Boil a medium pot of water. Add Banza®, stir, and reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for 13-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Strain and return Banza® to warm pot.
- Add 1/4 cup lowfat milk, cheese, and mix well. (Add 2 tbsp unsalted butter for a richer flavor)
How to Cook Banza Brown Rice Mac
Step 1
Boil a medium pot of water. Add Banza, stir, and reduce to a simmer.
Step 2
Cook for 13-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Strain and rinse with water.
Step 4
Add 1/4 cup lowfat milk, cheese, and mix well.
