As the gluten free pasta pros, we’ve created a creamy, perfectly al dente vegan mac & cheese made with brown rice pasta. Crafted for that iconic, cheesy flavor and classic pasta texture with none of the gluten, this vegan mac & cheese delivers on all the nostalgic, savory goodness of your favorite childhood meal.

Ingredients: Brown Rice, Chickpeas.

Vegan Cheese: Water, Coconut Oil, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil*, Tapioca, Salt, Contains 2% or Less of: Pea Protein Isolate, Sodium Alginate, Yeast Extract, Monoglycerides, Annatto Extract, Lactic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Vegan Natural Flavor.

*Non-GMO

  1. Boil a medium pot of water. Add Banza®, stir, and reduce to a simmer.
  2. Cook for 13-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Strain and return Banza® to warm pot.
  4. Add vegan cheese sauce and mix well.
